Terms of Use
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Drums No Drums mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial practice use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
The App offers a free tier and optional "Pro" upgrades that unlock unlimited songs and mixed-performance Studio Export:
- Pro Monthly — $2.99 per month (auto-renewing subscription).
- Pro Annual — $19.99 per year (auto-renewing subscription).
- Pro Lifetime — $39.99 one-time purchase (non-renewing).
For auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Sale.
3. Free tier
The free tier allows you to fully prepare and practice a limited number of unique songs (currently 3), record drum takes, and export raw takes. The limit is enforced on your device. Upgrading to Pro removes the song limit and unlocks mixed-performance Studio Export.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You are solely responsible for the audio and video files you import into the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, any content you import, and that your use of that content with the App is for your personal practice and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The App is a personal practice tool. You agree not to use it to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights, and not to redistribute or publicly perform separated stems or other output in a way that violates the rights of the original rights holders. The App does not host, stream, or distribute your content.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, branding, name, and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Drum separation, tempo detection, and song-part analysis are performed by automated algorithms and will not be perfect; results vary by song, recording, and device. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
